The estimated value of this work is more than $10,000,000. The solicitation will issue on or about 31 October 2019, and the bid opening will be set by amendment at a future date. This is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS Code 237990, Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. A bid guarantee and payment and performance bonds will be required for this procurement.
