Work will be performed within the Bonnet Carre Spillway with an option to stockpile clay materials outside of the Bonnet Carre Spillway, but within 12 miles. The estimated value of this work is more than $10,000,000. The solicitation will issue on or about 30 April 2019, and the bid opening will be set by amendment at a future date. This is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS Code 238910, Site Preparation Contractors. A bid guarantee and payment and performance bonds will be required for this procurement.
