NAICS Code: 237990. This solicitation, W912P819B0042, is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The solicitation will issue on or about 17 May 2019. The anticipated bid opening date will be established by amendment. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge on a rental basis for the removal and satisfactory disposal of shoal material within any combination of the following Dredging Regions: Berwick Bay Harbor, Berwick Lock Forebay, Tidewater Point, 20 Grand Point, GIWW vicinity of Mile 99, Wax Lake Outlet, GIWW vicinity of Bayou Shaffer, Port Allen Lock Forebay, Three Rivers, Baton Rouge Harbor (Devil's Swamp), Old River Lock Forebay, Old River Lock Tailbay, and Morgan City Docks East. Work may be required in other areas of the New Orleans District. The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.
