NAICS Code: 237990. This solicitation, W912P819B0022, is anticipated to issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The solicitation will issue on or about 15 April 2019. The anticipated bid opening date will be on or about 15 May 2019, however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The work consists of flotation dredging for site access, construction of stone foreshore protection dikes with geotextile fabric base, bank paving, installation, maintenance, and removal of turbidity curtains, and all associated incidental work along the right-of-way of Confined Disposal Facilities (CFDs) in Calcasieu Lake. The stone top size is 1500#. The work is along the western shore of the northern half of Calcasieu Lake. The estimated value of this work is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00.
