SMALL BUSINESS: This requirement is for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. NAICS Code 237990. The solicitation number, W912P8-19-B-0016, is anticipated to be issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting in contract shall be a firm fixed price (FFP). The solicitation will be issued on or about 14 February 2019. The anticipated bid opening date is set for 14 March 2019, however, the actual bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. The work consists of a northern extension and repairs to the Port Fourchon east jetty; to include placing geotextile and stone. Jetty extension requires excavation of a key into the existing shoreline. Work reaches require flotation access excavation. The estimated value of this work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on FedBizOpps.
