Freshwater Bayou Lock (FBL) New Shops Building The FBL New Shops Building project will involve installation of precast concrete piles; installation of precast pile caps and planks (building and ramp); installation of steel stairs and c.i.p. concrete housekeeping slabs; installation of a new 40-foot by 80-foot PEMB with 18-foot eave height, and (1) 14-foot by 16-foot overhead coiling door. The project also includes mechanical ventilation, interior and exterior lighting, lightning protection, installation of a 2” underground electric conduit, installation of c.i.p. scour protection slab (2,500 psi) and seeding/mulching.
