INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This procurement is competitive Set-Aside for 100% HUBZone firms only. NAICS Code: 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Construction. This solicitation, W912P821B0029, is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). The solicitation will be issued on or about 7 January 2021. The anticipated bid opening date is set for 7 February 2021; however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. The work consists of unwatering and cleaning the structure, maintaining unwatering for duration of work, epoxy injection of approximately 12-inch-deep delamination in the entire flume surface, epoxy injection of deep voids, performing ground penetrating radar (GPR) and coring for verification of epoxy injection and other incidental work. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation.
