The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, seeks a non-personnel services contract for monitoring and evaluation of the Russian River Coho Salmon Captive Broodstock Program. Performance will be at the Don Clausen Fish Hatchery in Sonoma County, Geyserville, CA. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base year from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, plus four 12-month option years extending through November 30, 2031. The contractor will be responsible for all planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, and management necessary to accomplish the specified services. This full and open acquisition is for commercial services and includes a Performance Work Statement and wage determination.
