The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers San Francisco District is conducting market research for an Architect-Engineer Environmental and Planning Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to support Civil Works activities. The required services include preparing NEPA documents, feasibility studies, environmental compliance, planning, economics, community engagement, and engineering design for water resource projects. Performance of services will be for projects within the South Pacific Division, covering states including California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. The anticipated contract has a base period of up to three years with one two-year option, for a total performance period not to exceed five years, and a total contract capacity not exceeding $20 million.
