This is a Small Business set-aside opportunity for a single-award IDIQ contract with a total capacity of $20,000,000 and a guaranteed minimum of $2,500, covering civil works and environmental studies and designs. The contract will have a 36-month base period and a 24-month option, for a total performance period of up to five years. Work will be performed primarily within the San Francisco District and secondarily across other South Pacific Division areas including California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and portions of Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, and Wyoming. Services include NEPA documentation, environmental compliance, feasibility studies, planning and economics, engineering design (including nature-based features), and community engagement. The selection will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications, with special emphasis on specialized experience, professional qualifications, and past performance.
