See revised synopsis for details. ***************************************************** 13 Jan 2026 Update: provide RFI response and update synopsis language ***************************************************** This contract is being procured in accordance with 40 United States Code, Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers statute (herein referred to as the Brooks Act) as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. The services will consist of design services for Pajaro River Reaches 2 and 3 Levee and Floodwall including support during solicitation and engineering during construction. North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 541330, which has a size standard of $25.5 million in average annual receipts. This is set-aside for small business only. The Government intends to issue one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this notice. Questions regarding this announcement must be in writing and shall be addressed to Mary Fronck (mary.fronck@usace.army.mil) via email. All questions must be submitted no later than 07 January 2026 at 12:00pm PST to allow adequate time to respond. This is a request for A-E Qualification.
