Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a total Small Business Set-Aside for the design and installation of a microgrid system to provide over 14 days of energy resilience for the U.S. Army 63rd Readiness Division in Mountain View, California. The project has an estimated cost range of $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. The microgrid will include a 750kW solar PV system, a 750kWh battery storage system, and an 800kW diesel backup generator. The solicitation will be available on or about April 15, 2026, and all proposals must be submitted electronically through the PIEE system. Offerors and their subcontractors must be registered in SAM and PIEE to view the solicitation and submit proposals.
