Will continue to accept Capability Statements as part of Market Reserch for htis and possible future aquisitions. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. This announcement seeks information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NO reimbursements will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. Respondents Will Not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition planning decisions. The type of set-aside decisions to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of industry, to include the Small Business Community: Small Business, Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Economically Disadvantage Woman Owned Small Business. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsible contractors. The South Pacific Division, (SPD) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to procure Leadership Development Program, Level 3 (LDP3) Services. NAICS Code is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $15,000,000.00, and the Project Service Code U009 – Education/training- general. See Draft Statement of Work for details. If it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government, an anticipated solicitation will be posted around mid-July 2024 on sam.gov. Firms should register on sam.gov to receive an electronic notice of the solicitation if it isissued.
