This pre-solicitation announcement is a Small Business Set Aside for elevator inspections, testing, certification, preventive maintenance, repair and emergency service call services at two separate locations: Coyote Valley Dam (CVD) at Lake Mendocino, Ukiah, CA and Warm Springs Dam (WSD) at Lake Sonoma, Geyserville, CA. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website for release of any updates, solicitation package, and all amendments. Those desiring to do business with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District will be publicizing a solicitation on or about 16 September 2024, each with intent to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The proposed period of performance will be for a base year and three (3) option for one (1) year each. All work performed by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices. Services will be performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. All service shall be performed in strict accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
