This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Dennis Neal: james.neal@usace.army.mil Estimated Cost Range is between more than $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 SITE VISIT: A site visit is planned for 21 June 2023 at 10 AM. If possible, please provide notification by 12 PM on 20 June 2023 to the Contracting Officer, Joshua Kaimikaua: joshua.j.kaimikaua@usace.army.mil, if you are planning to attend. This is solely for the Government's planning purposes. Further site visit details are provided in the solicitation. JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform maintenance dredging of Maritime Administration (MARAD) Suisun Pier Dredging. The dredged material Disposal at Contractor-Furnished Upland Beneficial Reuse Site. The proposed maintenance dredging would remove approximately 80,000 cubic yards of dredged material from Suisun Bay Dredging Area 1A to -8-ft MLLW plus 1-foot of paid Over-depth & Dredging Area 1B to -8-ft MLLW plus 1-foot of paid Over-depth. This requirement is total small business set aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. ALL BIDS will be due on 17 July, 2023 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued.
