This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Z1QA, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $39,500,000. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Project is located along Dry Creek, just downstream of Warm Springs Dam near Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California and is part of a larger Dry Creek ecosystem restoration effort by both USACE and Sonoma Water to restore over six miles of stream and floodplain habitat. While much of this ecosystem restoration has previously been completed by Sonoma Water and USACE, this project is the second of three phases of construction that will restore approximately 2.6 miles (47 acres) of stream and floodplain restoration during 2021-2024. This requirement is for a Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) Set-Aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Clauses 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of the forthcoming solicitation.
