This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Brittany Rusch- Brittany.Rusch@usace.army.mil Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner harbor using contour dredging to -36.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material. This requirement is for full and open competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about June 10, 2021 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents. ALL BIDS will be due on/about July12, 2021 at 1:00pm PST. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on Beta.Sam.Gov once the IFB is issued.
