See attachments for amendment and RFI answers ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Petaluma River Channel Maintenance Dredging Project Solicitation and Plans was posted on June 15, 2020. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Petaluma River Channel (Reaches 1 through 5) and the Petaluma Across the Flats (Reaches 5 through 8) to -8-ft (MLLW) with 1-ft of allowable paid overdepth. The material from Reaches 1 through 4 is to be transported and disposed at Shollenberger Park, the material from Reach 5 is to be transported and disposed at SF-10 and the material from Reaches 6 through 8 is to be transported and disposed at SF-10 or a Contractor-furnished beneficial upland site within the environmental window. The solicitation will be available on/about 12 June 2020, for Viewing/downloading documents. All BIDS will be due on/about 13 JULY 2020/1:00 p.m. PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as Beta.Sam.gov (www.beta.SAM.gov) once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta.Sam.gov will require prior registration in SAM System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). If you are a first-time Beta.Sam.gov user, you will also be required to register in www.sam.gov (www.sam.gov.) before accessing the IFB documents.
