This acquisition is proceeding as a Competitive SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging to authorized depth of -10 feet with 1 foot paid over-depth of the Noyo Harbor. Dredged material excavated from Noyo Harbor will be transported and disposed at Government furnished upland disposal sites in the vicinity of the project. All labor, material and equipment to dispose and maintain an accurate record of the method of removal and disposal of the material excavated from the Noyo Harbor site is the responsibility of the contractor. Acceptance of the dredging work will be based on achieving project depth in 100 percent of the project footprint within the contract period of performance. The solicitation will be available on/about 1 May 2020, for Viewing/downloading documents. All BIDS will be due on/about 1 June 2020/10:00 am PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as Beta.SAM.gov (www.beta.SAM.gov) once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta.SAM.gov will require prior registration in SAM System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). If you are a first-time Beta.SAM.gov user, you will also be required to register in www.sam.gov before accessing the IFB documents. To register, click on the Register Now button in the Vendors Block and follow the instructions. The following information will be required: SAM System for Award Management (SAM) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN); DUNS Number or Cage Code; Telephone Number; and E-mail Address. Once registered with Beta.SAM.gov, interested parties will then be able to log in and access the IFB documents. Important Note: Solicitation documents can be accessed ONLY through Beta.SAM.gov.
