This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being solicited as Total Set-Aside Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 454310 – Fuel dealers. The business Size Standard is 100 employees, project code is 6830 Gases: Compressed and Liquefied. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose submission conform to the solicitation. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for preparation cost. Project Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, Lake Sonoma & Lake Mendocino Park Offices require 1.- Routine delivery of propane for building heating needs. 2.- On-site propane tanks to be pressure-tested on a routine basis. (typically 1 time per year, but should be to industry standards) 3.- As-needed repair or replacement of propane tanks, propane gas line connection hardware, buried or unburied propane gas pipes both between and inclusive of on-site propane tanks and building connections. (Does not include any propane gas connections or piping inside any building) Maximum Total Annual Delivery Amount: Lake Sonoma: 7,000 gallons Lake Mendocino: 7,000 gallons The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Coyote Valley Dam Tower Repairs as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
