O Brien Lock Storage Area and Security Fence Upgrades, Chicago, Illinois.****PROJECT INFORMATION: Under the contract, the contractor will be required to provide the following construction services: the construction work includes building a storage area with chain link fence, expanding the boat ramp gates (security chain link gates), and increasing the height of the security chain link fence at the controlling works across the Thomas J. O Brien Lock and Dam area. Contracted personnel must be trained, certified, and equipped for all safety operations in accordance with (IAW) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 standards.****ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 238990, with a small business size standard in dollars of $19.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Award date is planned for February 2026. ****The solicitation will be downloadable from the internet only.
