The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, requires barge and tow services for safety testing at the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal Fish Barriers. The services are needed for approximately one week in February 2026 and one week in July 2026, with the government intending to award one purchase order by the end of January 2026. This acquisition is restricted to small businesses under NAICS code 483113. Offerors must have active registrations in both the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and the DoD's PIEE system. Questions regarding the requirement must be submitted by the close of business on January 9, 2025.
