The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, is soliciting proposals for the Green Bay Harbor Dredging Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), located in Green Bay Harbor, Wisconsin. The purpose of this SATOC is to provide maintenance dredging and related dredging support activities within the harbor and associated navigation channels over a five-year ordering period.Contractors are required to submit pricing for all five (5) ordering periods in the Excel document titled ?GBHD Pricing Matrix.? This pricing matrix is legally binding and will be used for evaluation and award purposes. Failure to complete the matrix in full may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
