PLEASE SUBMIT REPONSES TO ADAM.J.HALEY@USACE.ARMY.MIL & SARA.T.KING@USACE.ARMY.MIL This is a combined synopsis solicitation using solicitation procedures in FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 13.5. ***USACE, Chicago District is seeking laboratories validated by Material Testing Center (USACE-MTC) to perform various field sampling, field testing, and laboratory analysis of construction materials in Illinois, Indianan, and Wisconsin. ***The Government intends to enter into MULTIPLE five year, Blanket Purchase Agreements. This is a total small business size set-aside, a size standard of $19M. ***Entities must be registered in Sam.gov, and the Procurement Integrity Enterprise Environment (PIEE) in order to submit a quote in response to this request.
