Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District intends to issue a solicitation for the removal and replacement of five exterior windows and one set of two exterior entry doors at the Salamonie Lake Control Tower. The project is a small business set-aside with an estimated construction cost between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance of the services will be at the Salamonie Lake Control Tower. The solicitation package is planned for award in September 2025. All quotes must be submitted electronically through the PIEE system, and vendors must be registered in both SAM.gov and PIEE.
