Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District requires weekly refuse collection services at three lock sites in the Chicago area, including Chicago Harbor Lock. The contractor must supply and service one 4-cubic-yard garbage container at each site, with a minimum of one weekly pickup. A transition period of up to 30 days with the incumbent contractor is anticipated. Quotes must be submitted electronically via the PIEE system, and firms must be registered in both SAM.gov and PIEE.
