This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ***Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: LDP II Communication Skills Workshop, Cook County, Illinois. ***GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: In this acquisition, the Contractor In support of the Great Lakes Leadership Development Program - Tier II (LDPII), the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires a Contractor to develop and facilitate a 3-day communication skills workshop. The Contractor shall provide on-site (or virtual if required by USACE travel policies at the time of the session) leadership development training encompassing interactive, classroom type presentations or exercises, improvisational exercises, and facilitated discussions for approximately 15 students. A minimum of two facilitators are required at all times during the workshop for effective workshop facilitation.
