A - Yes, if you are interested in a site tour to scope out the site, please contact Ray Frana, at 641-220-5749, prior to COB 3 Mar 25. Q2 - What is the period of performance? A - 21 days. The work needs to be completed by March 30, 2025 Q3 - Is the fencing already up or does the Contractor have to put up the fencing? A - The fencing is already up. USACE previously had the fencing installed. Q4 - Clarfication on Line Item 0003 "Truck Washdown & Sweeper" A - The truck washdown and sweeper, is in an effort to not track any soil out of the fenced in area to the best of the contractor’s ability. With the soil being contaminated, this is the reason for as little soil disturbance as possible, and as little soil as possible being tracked out by the trucks.
