This project involves the repair and reconstruction of the 1,102-foot-long North Pier at Algoma Harbor, located on the western shore of Lake Michigan in Algoma, Wisconsin. The scope of work includes restoring the pier to its original design function within the existing structural footprint, along with all incidental and related work necessary to complete the repairs. The contractor shall remove or alter existing work in a manner that prevents injury or damage to adjacent structures and features that are to remain. Upon completion, the site must be returned to a condition equal to or better than its pre-construction state.
