The Contractor is required to provide barges, tow boats, operating crew, storage facilities, loading service, materials, and barge docking facilities for twelve (12) months after the date of award. The Contractor shall provide five (5) barges for long tow. Barges shall be in suitable condition for the request. The Contractor shall fully load the barges with non-hazardous material to achieve maximum hull exposure underwater as directed by the TPOC. The loaded barge shall be ready for operation.
