The Contractor shall establish and maintain interior and exterior monthly, commercial pest control services for three (3) facilities operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers – Chicago District. Also, the Contractor shall use qualified service personnel, tools, and equipment to provide herbicide application services for three (3) facilities operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers – Chicago District. These include the Chicago Harbor Lock (CHL), the Lockport Lock (LL), and the T.J. O’Brien Lock (TJO).
