This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to repair the Des Plaines River Barrier (DPRB) concrete jersey barrier fence operated and maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Chicago District, Aquatic Nuisance Species Dispersal Barrier (ANSDB) located at 790 E. Old Romeo Road, Lockport, IL 60441. The Contractor’s performance and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), and all work must be completed not later than 60 calendar days from NTP.
