By way of Amendment W912P6-22-Q-0005-0002 this Request for quote has been canceled see amendment doument for details. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The acquisition particulars follow: This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Price Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is enclosed. The solicitation number is W912P6-22-Q-0005. Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing a solicitation package for consideration of price quote from businesses capable of performing the scope of work. The work involves the COMMUNICATION SKILLS WORKSHOP GREAT LAKES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – TIER II which is being conducted at USACE, Chicago District located at 231 S. LaSalle St, Chicago, Illinois 60604. The Contractor is required to develop and facilitate a week-long communication skills workshop. The Contractor shall provide on-site site (or virtual if required by COVID-19 policies at the time of the session) leadership development training encompassing interactive, classroom type presentations or exercises, improvisational exercises, and facilitated discussions for approximately 12 students. All work shall be performed in compliance with the scope of work and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated therein. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611430, with a Small Business Size Standard in dollars of $12.0M. Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED TO WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The Contractor must be registered in the SAM to be eligible for the resultant award. Registration can be completed at http://www.sam.gov. AWARD: From this acquisition, the Chicago District intends to award a “Commercial Services” purchase order to the responsive and responsible contractor submitting the lowest aggregate price for the item included in the Quote Schedule (Quote Schedule in the Solicitation). Split or multiple awards will not result from this solicitation. SUBMITTAL DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor shall submit its price quotes to Mr. Kyle Smith at Kyle.D.Smith@usace.army.mil, no later than 9:00 AM Central Time on 29 April 2022. ALL EMAILS SHALL CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING IN THE SUBJECT LINE: QUOTE IN RESPONSE TO SOLICITATION NUMBER . Note, any electronic files (EMAIL) CANNOT EXCEED this Agency's size limit of 20MB (includes email and its attachment); files exceeding this size will be denied access to the aforementioned email addresses. IN THE CASE OF A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE DATES PUBLISHED IN THIS NOTICE AND THOSE CALLED OUT IN THE RFQ DOCUMENT, THE DATES IN THE RFQ DOCUMENT OVERRIDES THOSE PUBLISHED HEREIN THIS NOTICE; THIS IS RELATIVE TO THE RFQ ISSUANCE DATE AND THE DUE DATE FOR PRICE QUOTES.
