Work includes abatement of asbestos and lead-based paint as needed, and the identification and proper disposal of old light fixtures, appurtenances, and existing building features as needed, according to drawings and statement of work.

The anticipated duration of the contract is 3 months. The estimated solicitation issue date is on or around January 31, 2022. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 238910, the size standard will be $16,500,000 and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) will be P400. The solicitation will be posted electronically at the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.sam.gov/). The anticipated award date of the contract is on or around March 18, 2022. The solicitation evaluation method will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.
