This Pre-solicitation Notice is being issued by the United State Army Corps ofEngineers - Chicago District to inform interested/potential contractors of the Districts imminent issue of Invitation for Bid for its construction project entitled,"Sturgeon Bay Dredging" Sturgeon Bay, WI, in Door County. The proposed project will consists of the following: Sturgeon Bay has shoaling in the harbor that requires removal as part of the reoccurring maintenance for the harbor. The contract is expected to dredge up to 60,000 CY of material which will be placed at the Sturgeon Bay Transfer Site which will be specified in the drawings. All work is to be completed in accordance with the specifications, referenced drawings, Industry Standards, and any and all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances.
