The USACE-CHICAGO DISTRICT ISSUES THE SOLICITATION ATTACHED HEREUNDER FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INVOLVING FENCE INSTALLATION AT MISSISSINEWA LAKE, PERU, INDIANA. Under the Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to install the fence required and as described at the enclosed Scope of Work (Section 00 73 00 of this document). The contractor's price shall include all performance costs, to include mob & de-mob, fuel, labor, material, and equipment to complete job. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. The project office address is 5613 E Mississinewa Dam Rd. Peru, IN 46970. Location of the work is at Mississinewa Lake, Pearson Mill Boat Launch. A site map is enclosed with the solicitation document (enclosed hereunder this notice). - COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: The NAICS Code is 237990, with a small business size standard, in dollars is $39.5M. Labor Act: The Davis Bacon Act applies to this acquisition; therefore the applicable Construction Wage Rates are incorporated hereunder. See attachment, “General Decision Number IN20200006, dated 09/11/2020.” THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION COSTS IS LESS THAN $25K. AMENDMENTS: The quoter is required to acknowledge the receipt of all amendments, if issued, by completing blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c. of each amendment (Standard Form 30). Representations and Certifications: The quoter shall fully complete Section 00 45 00 of this solicitation and all other documents required by the Solicitation. If the quoter’s representations and certifications are already available at the System for Award Management (SAM), it is not required to submit the entire Section 00 45 00 with its quote; refer to FAR 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications, in the solicitation.
