Competition for this acquisition is restricted to HUBZone Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, with a small business size standard in dollars of $30M for dredging. Dredging projects: To be considered small for purposes of Government procurement, a firm must perform at least 40 percent of the volume dredged with its own equipment or equipment owned by another small dredging concern. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated at between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
