This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. Under this notice, The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the acquisition of the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL to the Aquatic Nuisance Species Dispersal Barrier located in Romeoville, IL. COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS. AN OFFEROR MUST BE HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER FOR THIS ACQUISITION. REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED FREE OF CHARGE AT www.sam.gov. The applicable North American Industry System Classification Code is 324110, with a Small Business size standard of 1,500 employees. SUBMITTAL DUE DATE AND TIME: Price proposals shall be received by the USACE - Chicago District Office no later than 5:00p.m. (Central time) on September 16, 2019. Please reference the subject solicitation number on all correspondence. Detailed submittal requirements are contained in the Solicitation document.
