PROJECT: J. Edward Roush Lake Concrete Crack Repair and Caulking , J. Edward Roush Lake, 735 North Warren Road Huntington, Indiana 46750 Under this Solicitation Notice, the USACE-Chicago District is providing a Solicitation for vendor pricing. The Solicitation is enclosed under the Attachment section of this Notice and provides all the particulars for responding to this acquisition. Under the resulting purchase order, the contractor will furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to repair concrete cracks, remove and replace caulking, and add new caulking to the J. Edward Roush Lake Dam structure by use of epoxy injection, backer rod, and polyurethane self-leveling sealant in accordance with the specifications and requirements. Competition for this acquisition is restricted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The magnitude of construction costs is between $25K and $100K.
