This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for water-related environmental infrastructure projects in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. The contract will be a total small business set-aside with a five-year base period. The overall capacity of the MATOC is not to exceed $80 million, with individual project task orders ranging from approximately $1 million to $15 million. The government anticipates awarding between three and six firm-fixed-price contracts for design-build and design-bid-build construction.
