Contractor must supply and deliver one Hyundai 30D-9V forklift and one Vestil LM-1NT-6-24 lift boom (or approved equals) to each of three facilities: Chickamauga Lock, Guntersville Lock, and Wilson Lock. The contractor provides all materials, labor, supervision, quality control, assembly, and delivery. Quotations must include a completed SF 1449, signed amendments (if applicable), a price schedule for all CLINs, a catalog cut sheet for quoted items, and SAM.gov registration per FAR 52.204-7.
