Performance Oriented Construction Activity (POCA) for Nashville District
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is conducting market research under a Request for Information/Sources Sought for two firm-fixed, performance-oriented construction activity IDIQ contracts, one for its East Region and one for its West Region. Each contract has an anticipated capacity of $2 million per year for a base year and up to four option years, with individual task orders not expected to exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Performance would be for construction activities across the Nashville District’s East and West regions, including remote sites such as Martins Fork Dam, Laurel River Dam, and Dale Hollow Dam. The government is seeking capability statements, small business classification under NAICS 238990, feedback on task-order pricing approaches, and contractor interest for one or both regions.
