Amendment 0001 incorporates revisons to the specs with answers to questions from the Bidder Inquiry. The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price supply contract for the design, assembly, and delivery of a new culvert valve hydraulic cylinder. Melton Hill Lock uses hydraulic cylinders to operate the culvert valve operating machinery. The work shall consist of designing, testing and delivering one (1) new culvert valve hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder shall be designed to duplicate the form, fit, and function of the existing hydraulic cylinders for the culvert valve machinery. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Scope of Work.
