Amendment 0003 incorporates revisons to the specs with answers to questions and extends the RFQ response/closing date from August 03, 2023 to August 07, 2023, 12:00 PM, Central Time.The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price supply contract for the fabrication and supply of two (2) hydraulic cylinders and additional components to be installed at the Pickwick Auxiliary Lock. The Contractor will be responsible for the fabrication, and delivery of all parts and material.The Pickwick Auxiliary Lock uses hydraulic cylinders to open and close its Miter Gates and Culvert Valves. The scope of work for this project shall consist of fabricating and delivering two new hydraulic cylinders to include one (1) culvert valve hydraulic cylinder, and one (1) miter gate hydraulic cylinder. Additionally, the Contractor will be required to fabricate and procure new rollers and pins for the operating machinery assembly. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Scope of Work.
