The Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a firm fixed-price construction contract for paving at Floating Mill Campground, Center Hill Lake Recreation Area. The work will involve paving repairs, sub-base preparation and concrete curb placement at specified areas per the plans and specifications. The asphalt mixture, construction, and placement are to meet the requirements of Tennessee Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction (TDOT SSRBC), current edition, unless otherwise specified in the plans and specifications. Location: The work is located at Center Hill Lake Recreation Area- Floating Mill Campground near Silver Point, TN. Exact locations for work at Floating Mill Campground are indicated in the contract drawings. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for 23 March 2023 at 10:00AM Central Time. The site visit request forms are attached. QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted in Projnet Bidder Inquiry using the Quick Key in the solicitation no later than 28 March 2023. BID OPENING: The Bid Opening is scheduled for 12 April 2023 at 1:00PM Central Time. Bids must be submitted in PIEE Solicitation Module.
