The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has three locations that require model validation testing of generators, governors, turbines, exciters, and power system stabilizers (PSS) to ensure compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards. The three locations include Old Hickory Power Plant in Davidson County, Tennessee, Center Hill Power Plant in De Kalb County, Tennessee, and Wolf Creek Power Plant in Coffey County, KY. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
