Answer: 175psi Answer: A paired dryer is not required. There is a separate air dryer that is plumed into the system that is already in place and not part of this requirement. Contractor will be required to hook the existing dryer to the new compressor. The USACE has need of one (1) firm fixed-price supply contract to provide all materials, labor, supervision, and quality control necessary to supply: - one (1) self-contained, air-cooled, oil-Injected, single stage, base mounted, rotary screw type air compressor, and - one (1) OEM standard 500/2000/6000 hour kit for scheduled maintenance as well as all connectors, anchors, fittings, and all other mechanical, electrical, and structural parts necessary to connect produce a fully functional system. The existing air compressor shall be removed from service by the contractor. Work shall be performed in a manner to preserve the as-found condition of the air compressor. The equipment will remain the property of the Government. New equipment furnished shall equal or exceed the salient features listed below. Air Compressor: a. ISO 9001: 2000 manufacturing standard b. Air Delivery per ISO 1217 (Cfm): @ 100psi – 190 @ 125psi – 170 @ 150psi – 150 @ 175psi – 125 c. Drive Motor: (460V/60Hz/3 Phase), 40HP @ 91.7% Efficiency d. Fan Motor: 2HP @ 84% Efficiency e. Air Discharge, NPT (Inch): 1-1/4 f. Controls: 115V Control Voltage, Dual Control w/ Modulation for Energy Efficiency g. Maximum Allowable Dimensions L/W/H (Inch): 72/42/50 h. High Efficiency Air End i. Belt Driven j. Multi-Stage Oil Separation System k. Heavy-Duty Oil Filter w/ Bypass l. Oil Level Sight Glass m. Air Cooled Oil/Air Aftercooler n. Base w/ Fork-lift Slots Contractor shall have 150 calendar days to complete the requirements. The complete compressor shall be warranted for one year from date of placing equipment in operation. The air compressor air-end shall be warranted for two years from date of placing equipment in operation. The motor shall have a five year warranty. Any standard manufacturer’s warranty covering a longer period shall also be applicable.
