PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for the furnishment and delivery of one (1) gooseneck equipment trailer -- including all necessary manuals and accessories. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. This Notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept proposals as a result of this Notice. The Scope of Work for this requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price commercial supply contract. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, and equipment to furnish and deliver one (1) gooseneck equipment trailer -- including all necessary manuals and accessories in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. PLACE OF DELIVERY: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 265 Kentucky Lock Road Grand Rivers, KY 42045 DELIVERY DATE: Delivery must be made no later than 31 December 2021. NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 336212 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: The solicitation will be 100% small business set aside.
