This is a firm fixed-price supply contract for the fabrication and supply of of four (4) floating mooring bitt assemblies. Two (2) floating mooring bitt assemblies shall be of the single-post design, and two (2) floating mooring bitt assemblies shall be of the double-post design. Each complete floating mooring bitt installation shall consist of a welded steel pontoon, miscellaneous appurtenances, steel supports with Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene sliders, operating by floatation along steel vertical guides embedded in the lock wall within masonry recesses, and controlled by water levels within the lock chamber. The price schedule, technical drawings, and technical specifications are attached to this solicitation. They are intended to be apart of this solicitation.
