PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of twenty- four steel maintenance platforms. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. This Notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept proposals as a result of this Notice. The Scope of Work for this requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price commercial supply contract. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, and quality control necessary to fabricate, assemble, and deliver components in accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. PLACE OF DELIVERY: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Barkley Lock Grand Rivers, KY 42045 United States DELIVERY DATE: Contractor shall successfully complete and deliver all requirements before August 15, 2021. NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: The solicitation will be 100% small business set aside. SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price supply contract.
